• Copy trading functionality
• Integration with third-party exchanges (Polymarket, Kalshi)
• Administrative and support tools

The Platform provides TOOLS ONLY. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of profit.

Trading prediction markets involves significant risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose all funds you invest
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market conditions can change rapidly
• Copy trading does not eliminate risk

5. Execution & Trading Access

Trading execution features are restricted by default:

• Users cannot execute trades by default
• Execution must be explicitly enabled by platform administrators
• Admin approval is required before placing any orders
• Approval may be granted or revoked at any time
• We reserve the right to restrict or disable execution for any user

You understand that trading access is a privilege, not a right, and may be restricted or revoked without notice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform for illegal activities
• Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform
• Not share API keys or access credentials

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services (Polymarket, Kalshi). You acknowledge that:

• We do not control these services
• Their terms and conditions apply separately
• We are not responsible for their actions or failures
• You must comply with their terms when using integrations

Some Platform features are experimental and may:

• Contain bugs or errors
• Be incomplete or change without notice
• Be removed or disabled at any time
• Not perform as expected

Experimental features are provided "AS IS" without warranty.

10. API & Developer Access

If you use our API:

• You must comply with rate limits
• You must not abuse or exploit the API
• API access may be revoked at any time
• Execution via API requires the same approvals as web access
• You are responsible for securing your API keys

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Abuse of Platform features
• Any reason at our sole discretion

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
